I have lost the ability to stay logged on to Yahoo, Major Geeks, and all websites that I use regularly----I have followed all the hints I can find here and in SBC's help center on cookies---and still cannot remain logged into any sites---meaning I can log in but as soon as I leave the site I have to re log on---never had to do that before---have a Dell XPS---Windows XP---SP2---IE7---just reinstalled operating system last week---thought that might have been the problem---but that didn't fix it either---any help would be appreciated---I am totally stumped---thanks much---

This tool might help you, sounds like a problem with configuration. I don't use it but others do and seems to work for them. It will check your settings, hope it help. I'm guessing your ISP is ATT/SBC/Yahoo or whatever their calling it today :)

Guessing you tried this..but go to this file and delete anything that says Text File.
    C:\Documents & Settings\"username"\Cookies

Also are you checking the box on login that reads "Remember Me" ?
Does the disconnect only happen when you login somewhere?

Do you mean you're closing the window to MajorGeeks and have to log back in when you open a new window?
