Hi guys I'm having a problem opening facebook. The homepage is all messed up, I checked my cookies and it's enabled but its seems that it's not working. Why did I say so? Beacause I tried downloading a file on a website that converts youtube videos into mp3 and it says that i have to enable my cookies. and one more thing that confuses me is that when i go to www.facebook,com it's not loading properly but when i put https:// before the address it did load the site correctly. the problem is when i reload it, it turns back to that messy view. please help me. thanks in advance...

    Greetings, emptyhanded.

Try this: close your browser, click Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Delete browsing history. Also, while you're there, check your Security tab, make sure you're set for a Medium or Medium-high security level.

You might also download and run CCleaner, both the files and registry cleaners.

Speaking of browsers: which are you using?

    Hi

What was the name of the file you downloaded to convert youtubes to mp3? just wish to check the name of the app out against known rogue or potential malwares.

What Windows version and Service Pack are you using? will help if we need manual instructions to various menus.
