Coprocessor driver for amd sempron mobile

I just installed XP on my laptop. It has a Mobile AMD Sempron Processor 3500+. It is a compaq presario v6000 (v6208au). When I opened device manager, There is a question mark beside "Other Devices". the coprocessor driver is missing. ive already downloaded the other drivers, but i just cant find the driver for my coprocessor.

The HP website doesnt offer drivers for the graphics and chipset but i got them from the nvdia site. Please help me in getting driver for my coprocessor. Any help/links/info would be appreciated.

thanks HALO...:-D the driver you suggested solve my problem.. one more thing, can you suggest a correct display driver, im using NVIDIA driver v178.13 and it works fine but the help and support on the control panel says its not supported. the driver im currently using got installed because in a forum ive read said i have to paste a file to the extracted setup of the driver. here's the file:
