From looking at your logs I can see that you are not running the most current and up to date version of MGTools.exe. Please see this Using MGtools which was given in the READ & RUN ME and download the current version. Then follow this special instructions for using MGtools with Vista.

The log your attached for ComboFix is not a valid ZIP file. Apparently you created this with WinRAR which you should have mentioned. Did you actually change the file extension from .rar to .zip? The only reason your ComboFix log was too large to attach is because you have never uninstalled it in the past and have run it multiple times. Thus you have snapshot logs around and they make logs excessively large and rarely contain any useful information. I suggest that you go into the C:\QooBox folder and delete all the files that have the word snapshot in them.

I also suggest that you cleanup your Desktop and keep only things there that are really necessary. A cluttered Desktop can make and easy hiding place for malware.
