copy is disabled

    I have downloaded a Ebook (in exe format) and although i can select texts from it but can not copy anything from it (right click is disabled, i think).

    The author of the Ebook has clearly stated that i can redistribute or resell it.

    How to copy the texts?

    Are you sure that you are allowed to copy parts of it? The clause may have been to the effect that you may redistribute and sell it so long as it remains in it's complete form.
