copy screen shot into a post

This is probably dumb to long time users of this forum, but I have not figured out how to copy a screenshot to one of these posts. I copied one to notepad and then tried to copy it from there to here, no go... Help please as I am having an error show up every time I use system information. Dosen't seem to affect anything though.

hit printscreen-this copies the image to the clipboard
open MSpaint
Paste the image into there
Save as a jpg file, good idea to crop out whatever you don't what. Also, blank out AIm lists or any personal info
then upload into your post using the upload manager. be mindful of the file size.

You don't have to use paint, you could use irfanview or photoshop, whatever you prefer. You can also save it as a BMP, but the prefered file format is jpg or gif, simply due to size.
