Copying Web pages?

  1. I was wondering if there was a way to copy the text on a web page and not the whole page like the pictures and ads? Sometimes i need to print out stuff like MS help files when I need to fix something. And I don't have to tell ya how much ink is$$$$!

Right click on the desktop and go down to New, click on Text Document. this will create a new text document on the desktop. Then open the web page you want to copy text from, right click on the web page and choose Select All, right click on the web page again and choose Copy. Then open the New Text Document you created on the desktop, right click in it and choose paste. To make it easier to read go to the tool bar, click on Format, then click on Word Wrap. You can also choose a different font and font size under Format. It is a rather simplistic way to do it, but I have quite a few of those kind of text documents saved.

I just highlight the stuff I want (click & drag) then right click, select print, then when the print dialogue appears click Selection (it under Page Range) & Print...
