Hi there, I've tried absolutely everything on this site (and a few others too...) to clean it up for the last 3 days or so. It started last week after the computer slowed down incredibly. I realised that it was the old version of Kaspersky that had run out but was still trying to update?? Very weird, but as soon as I uninstalled it the computer ran perfectly, but somewhere in there something snuck in... I guess the Kaspersky definitions weren't up to date for a while, but it gave no warnings and the date was correct when I hovered over the tray icon... Anyway, I didn't want to bug you guys, but I'm out of ideas...

I'm getting IE popups every few minutes, even though I use Firefox. Sometimes they come up when I only have Eudora or Agent open too... It slows down and interupts and some of them even have sound which blows my head off once in a while... I'm mainly worried that it's doing more than just the popups??

I've used every legit trojan and spyware thing mentioned on this site. None have worked. Although this most recent scan with AVG Anit-spyware shows no infections for some reason... Ok here goes and thanks!!

    * Copy everything in the Quote box below, and paste it in the box that opens:

    * Now click the 'Done' button.
    * Click on the traffic light icon and OK the prompt.
    * You will be prompted to restart, OK the prompt and your PC should reboot, if not, reboot it yourself.
    * A log file from Avenger will be produced at C:\avenger.txt
