core.cache.dsk removal

Last night I got a Virus by my friend messing around on my mom's comp and i noticed constant pop-ups which was very annoying, I ran A few Scans on some anti-viruses and it would find it and delete it but it would keep recurring so I did a little more research and tried deleting core.cache.dsk myself but it kept coming back, so i got creative, so ill just cut straight to the chase, i got rid of it by deleting some files from the drivers folder in the system 32 folder, the files were:

core.cache.dsk(obviously)
mcdd(not mcd)
and some file with a .dls extension, easy to find, its the only .dls in there and theres even a text file trying to convince you it's legit.

The problem is you can't just delete them one by one because they recreate eachother and some are inaccessible because its in use, you need to get rid of them all at once while there not in use, I didn't try it in safe mode so that may work, i did it by getting a bootable file manager before the OS loads and deleted all of them, I used Hiren 9.3, a bootable utility disk, now im not guaranteeing that this will work for your computer but that's how I fixed it and I just thought it might help a little bit.
