Corrupt file won't go away

I ran everything according to Read & Run Me First. When I ran CCleaner, I got a message about a corrupt file:

c:\users\(username)\appdata\local\microsoft\windows\temporary internet files\content.IES\yw2rq4ny

It told me it was unreadable and to run a chkdsk which I did to no avail.

When I ran combofix, I was told that CF17564.exe in that same directory was also a corrupt file.

When I ran MGTools, I was told that vfind.exe was corrupt.

I tried looking for the SASlog.txt but could not find it anywhere. The mbam file would not upload though I had selected it and added it.

I'm attaching the logs. Your advice will be appreciated.

Please attach the malwarebyetes and super antispyware logs. You can find them in the below folders

If you navigate to the files with explorer, can can you right click and delete them?
