Corrupt Malware Bytes Antimalware can't remove

Hi all. I installed Malware Byte's Anti-Malware a couple years ago. When I try to run it, I get a "Run-time error 5: Invalid procedure call or argument" message. I have tried to uninstall the program but I can't. I get the following message "the setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program." I have version 1.51.2.1300 installed and I am running Windows Vista Business o.s. Can someone tell me how to either remove or repair Malware Bytes Anti-Malware?
