   rgmcollector Private E-2

   I am running windows 7 64 bit version and downloaded Java and it corrupted my c/drive. One of the solutions Java gave was to download the 32 bit version which I tried since Java is does not run with windows 7 64 bit. I cannot delete the Java file or the file extentions. When I try I recieve the error code 0x80070571. Any help would be appreciated.
