I donno about the TwinX stiff... But what speeds does your Adata ram run ? I assume your going for another 512 stick and run the Adata. Here is a good place to start when looking for ram to overclock.

The twinx stuff is merely matched ram. Do you have a model number?

If your going all out on ram. Look here go for samsung TCCD or winbond BH-5/BH-6. An Ebay search on eather will give you a nice start....

    TCCD:
    "usually do 2-2-2 @ 200; 2-3-3 up to 230; 2,5-3-3 up to 265; 2,5-4-4 up to 275 New chips love voltage (more than 3,1 with active cooling) and go 250+ @ 2-2-2"

BH-5/BH-6: "low latency chips, love voltage (datasheet says 3.6v, but often the pcb dont like that), runs usually 240 - 255Mhz with 2-2-2-X @ 2.9 - 3.4v, 256MB sticks will overclock better than 512MB"
