could somebody help me with this?

there is a shockwave flash file on http://groups.myspace.com/thegrudge that i would like saved as a gif file so i can use it as a profile image on my computer at home. the only part i want is the end that repeats over & over. could someone either do it for me, or tell me how to do it? thanks in advance.

I am not %100 on this but I believe if you look at the source code you can get the link for the movie, put that link on a html page and make it a clickable link, right click and download.

Then I think if you open the SWF with flash you can break it down to the movie just straight out playing frame by frame and you might be able to seperate the frames you want.
