Coule you please help

Thanks in advance!
I tried the READ ME GUIDE manual and some malware removal software did helped get rid of part of these nasty things, but still, the PC is slow, desktop not showing normal background, some anti-spyware warnings pop up, and my task manager disappeard.
Could you help me look into this, I attached the log from MALWAREBYTES, but don't know what else I can provide, I'm really not a system savvy...Please let me know if you need additional record and how.

It is of no use to run the MalwareBytes scan and not have it fix all that it finds.

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

Hi,TimW, thanks for reply, but I tried all of them, including the guide and malwarebyte, still get problem. Do you need any other document or log?

Yes ....I need the logs from running:
ComboFix
SASpyware
MGLogs.zip ---> from running the MGTools.exe
