Counter Stirke Source Server Issue Help??

I Run a Dedicated Counter Strike Source server anyone I give IP to can connect I forwarded ports to right nummbers 27000-27015 and even steams ports but my server still cant be seen on main list. I dont know why i checked my router a hundred times I have a linksys G broadband router I dont know if u have to have it up for a amout of time before it can be seen? The server Ip is 71.203.172.80:27015 I know you can connect pple do all the time just not thourgh main server list but becuase of me given them IP. I have T1-T2 Line (becuase it changes speed sometimes thats why i say T1 -T2) but it gets good running like 10 pple before it laggs but If anyone can help me out or know why it wont show up is main server list I would high repect the help. I do alot of programming and HTML, Java, Ect. I will be happy to help if u can help me fair trade if u ever need computer help lol !

Nvm Guys can a admin remove this post i got it fixed
