Counter-Strike lagging but didn't use to...

Had this spyware problem and norton supposedly got rid of it but now CS lags...can anyone help

used to have good ping but now i lags!

 

also had this other problem with my headset but i dont know if anyone can fix it....

think its some kind of physical problem with my computer connection because when i plug in my headset all the way the sound is not right but when i pull it out just a little its fine...whats up with that?

 

bro...norton blows hard nutz!!! get this go to walmart or target or compusa bestbuy it doenst matter and get webroot spysweeper. Your infected with spyware and norton never fixed my stuff ever. Ever since i had spyware sweeper ive never had 1 virus or spywaer and if i had it, it was gone in mins.

Remember when u had huge problem? telling u if u get this itll be gone? and itll show u what u have? basically spysweeper is that program but is kickass and isnt bs hackers.
