Counter Strike problem

    I have just bought the game counter strike: source to put on my laptop and it installs and everything but when i go to open it the loading screen comes up just fine but then the screen after that one is just black. I can still click on things but nothing shows up. Any chance this is an easy fix? Here is my dxdiag stuff.

    Intel video is weak, that said, black screen is common in games, check the Counter Strike support for a black screen error, I forget, but it is there. If HL2 runs, CS will.

    goto your steam menu, and right click Counter-Strike: Source. hit properties, and goto Launch Options. type in this w/out the quote

    "-dxlevel 70"

    and hit ok.

    and of course theres always the fail safe, deleting counterstrike from your games list and redownloading it, just in case your models/materials folders got messed up somehow.
