couple of easy ??

How do I find the Outlook Express file on my XP Home installation CD? It must have a name or number that only Master Major Geeks could know I think I broke OE and need to reinstall it.

How do I add 2K to XP Pro?I can't seem to get disk manager to allow me to make a partition.I'm sure its there but...Thanks,NG

 

reinstalling anything is a pain in the a$$, especially if it's internet explorer or something like it. It would probably be easier for us to just solve the problem. What's it doing?

 

Have a look at Microsoft for repairing OE.

 

To repair & re-install Outlook Express - Click Start, click Run and type %SystemRoot%Inf (then press Enter or click OK) Locate the MSOE50.INF file. Right-click on it and select Install. Also chk here http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q318378

Right clicking inf and choosing intall = waste of time.

Very little is done right clicking the inf. If it truly installed it, then you could delete MSOE (the files) and try it.

I don't advise it though
