cpmsky popup problem

    I have read around and they all say to use Hijackthis so I did, then they say not to do anything til you make sure its okay seemings i don't really know what I am really doing. I was told to save a log file, so here it is, and this is my kids computer so...........

    Actually that was not what you needed to do. You need run the below which is posted in the sticky threads in the forum.
    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

    READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide


    NOTE: You have multiple antivirus programs installed. You must uninstall one of them as requested in the READ & RUN ME. You have both Authentium's Command AV and PC Tools Antvirus installed.
