I have a quicky question. CPU Heatsinks come with a greyish compound on them nowadays. DO I need to apply any more thermal compound or is the supplied amount on the heatsink adequate...

the supplied amount is fine, that is, if its already on the heatsink. if they gave it to u in a pouch or tube, like a half rice grain little dot in the middle of the CPU is fine

Don't touch it with your fingers

Once installed, if you remove, you need to remove old thermal material, Clean both HS & CPU with Isopropyl alcohol 91% or higher, then apply some new
