CPU Spikes @ 100% (Very Slow Start Up)

Hi, I have had issues with my CPU spiking every now and then for 100% for no reason. I also get a random shut down with a blue screen with a STOP: c00002LA {Fatal System Error}

 

I posted the Hijack this log because it was suggested by McAffee. This just recently started and McAffee said I had a Trojan, but it was associated with Internet Explorer, which I don't use, so I figured I'd post the HT log. (McAffee couldn't quarantine it because it was attached to a system critical file.

System Specs

Windows XP
Intel Pentium 4 3.40GHz
1GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 6800

(Service Pack 3 if you also need to know what Windows Update I am on)

 

I scanned and removed things that could be removed. It's a bit faster, still some CPU spikes now and then. I haven't had the blue screen, I'll post back if I do.

 

Run both SAS and MBAM in safe mode too.

But to get the all clear...
Go through the R&R follow each step diligently.

If some apps/scanners don't install or run through, post the issue clearly. Don't bump your thread. Be patient. If you bump you get back to the end of the queue/priority.

I have some Trojans that MalwareBytes can't remove. It says it will remove them on reboot, but after I restart, nothing happens. They are still there when I scan.
