cpu spikes merely by clicking desktop

I definitely am over my head a bit! I've got 2009 tune-up utilities optimizing the system but no matter what i do i get cpu spiking to 90/100%. I've attached my first ever hijack this log and would appreciate any direction provided. It's a sony vaio with a zillion kids games on it. Pentium 4/ 3.0 with1.5 gb of ram running Xp sp3. Using Zone alarm antivirus...it wasn't me, that software is annoying.Also it should be noted under task manager I noticed the user is "FRY'S" I've had no luck removing him whoever he is!
