CPU Usage: 100%

Hi guys,
I'm having problems with my laptop, the system monitor says the cpu is running 100% utilization at all the time and I don't think it was doing this before, I already checked all the running processes and everything seems fine.

hp pavillion ze 4400-mobileAMD Athlon XP 2200+, 190MB RAM,RADEON IGP 320M
Windows xp/sp2
Sygate firewall(free edition)
Avast AV(home edition)
Ad-Aware SE Personal
Spybot S&D
SpywareBlaster
Bazooka
CCleaner
A-squeared (a2)
Ewido

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

In taskmanager>processes tab(not application)which file is using the highest cpu?

 

Thanks for your reply Kadavill, sorry for not posting back but I just realized that my thread had been moved from cooling and modding to spyware specific, I turned my machine on a few minutes ago and everything's back to normal.
