CPU Usage hits 90-100%

My CPU Usage goes to 80-100% if I open up any type of game. I've tested this on Wolfenstien ET, Lineage 2 and Asheron's call.

Without any games running its at a 2% with wim amp, 3 IE browsers, and aim running. It doesnt lag my computer but it wont let me use more then 1 gamming clien at once. If I have the game up on the screen its at 70-100% cpu usage, if i alt tab or click on something else it goes back down to 2-15%.
I have:

3200+ AMD Procc
200GB maxtor HD
KT6V MSI mother board
5.1 Santa Cruz sound card
9800 Sapphire Pro
512mb memory
Windows Pro

I had figured it had to do something with my drivers. So I uninstalled the games, reinstalled drivers pefercectly (twice in fact), nothing. No idea what this could be, posted another topic similar to this before I knew that my CPU usage was causing this. Problem still remains.

Reason why this is a issue is because on my older comp I could run 2-4 clients of a game easy without this problem. Every I've talked doesnt have this problem either
Any advice is welcome. Thanks in advance

 

if im not mistaken, I believe everyones cpus go to 100% if they open a game like wolfenstein ET

Hmm goin to consider goin blank desktop and removing skins, ill let you guys know. I dont get it, I cant macro 2 clients without one dieing because of this lol. Thanks for replies so far. and it doesnt peak, its consistant
