Cpu Using Max Resources Periodically With Nothing Running

I have been having a problem for about 8 months now where my CPU will bog down when I have just turned on my laptop, or at random times when I'm not using any applications. So I check task manager and my disk will be at 99% and my CPU will be very high as well and my fan is blasting. This will continue for about 1 to 2 minutes and then slowly come back down to normal levels and periodically start right back up again. I know it is not from a lack of resources because I have 16GB of ram upgraded from the factory 4GB. My keyboard also went on the fritz around the same time, it started with just a few keys not working and slowly over time degraded to almost none of them working and the ones that do type the wrong character. I can not think of anything that happened back then that could be related to these problems. So here are my logs and my laptop specs and I would greatly appreciate your advice, and I thank you in advance for your time.

Before I could get to your latest instructions I'm sorry but my sceen cracked & until I can find a friend nice enough to let me plug my laptop into his tv or PC I have to find out exactly which LCD I need because there were a few models sold then. some touch screen, mine was not. And apparently the number of the ribbon connection pins matters too. Possibly due to the fact the touch screens' keyboards lit up too, for good knows what I thought at the time but now wish i had one without having build one myself that will prob be crappy to So I'm having trouble finding an LCD to buy & from where. My phone's the only other tool I have at my disposal now. Again I'm sorry & thanks for the help you've given me so far. It helped so much til the screen broke.
