Yes it will fit your board and is worth the money. Fine for mild gaming witch has more to do with the video card anyway.

A barton core witch cost more would do alot better on your board though. I can't coment on the video capture.

It'll fit for sure but you'll probably be a little disappointed with it's performance. Duron is the economy version if amd's cpu so for video capture... I'd say you'd have excessive rendering times if you plan on coding them and not use raw format. You probably won't wanna use raw format due to it's size.

Go with at least an Athlon XP. Or if you're gonna go economy at least get a Sempron, they're actually very fast even thogh they're economy.
