Cpu

Hello,
I have the WUAPI.EXE and I think SVCHOST using all my CPU.
I cant run or download anything as the system wont let me.
I can't get into Task Manager to stop anything.

I have tried using Safe Mode but WUAPI takes 99%

Any help would be appreciated

WUAPI.EXE is part of Sophos. You have to boot straight to Safe Mode at system start, otherwise we are not going to be able to deactive the virus and remove it.

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

• After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
