    I apologize if this is a topic already covered. I am not tech savvy so please if someone can help me I would appreciate it. I always get cpv.adsandads.net trying to pop up when I am on the internet but it just causes my internet to close down. I also get and iexplore.exe application error. THe error is The exception unknown software exception (0xc000409) occurred in the application at location 0x0392809f. Please can someone help me?

    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

    READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

    It may be necessary for you to download the files to another PC and then copy them to this PC using a CDm a flash drive, ...etc to perform procedure if you cannot do this on your PC. We need these logs inorder to help you. Note that the exception error (and I think you left out a 0) may not be due to malware.
