    Hey,
I have upgraded my system. I have 2 problems. 1 it will crash during game play after about 10-15 min. When it crashes it either reboots, shuts to windows or freezes the game and humms. 2. When it resets and loads up windows it will load windows for 1 min and reset againand again. This will happen for about 2 or 3 times. It will also do it when it has been running for awhile or even if I leave it over night and start it from a cold start. I have downloaded some check programs. My fans are running fine, My cpu is not over heating. I have tried 2 video cards so i don't thinks its them the fans are running on then. I have 2 memory sticks and have swiched them out and used each singly. I don't think it is the memory but it could be both. My power supply is new and it is running fine. I have download the updated drivers for, Intel Chip, Video Card, Sound card. I have flashed my bios( it made my compiter faster).

try right clicking "my computer" > properties > in the "advanced tab" tick "settings" in the "start up and recovery" box > untick "automatically restart" ... the next time it crashes you should get a blue screen with numbers on it ... write those numbers down and post them here and hopefully me or someone here will be able to make sense of them

    I had something similar once....

Try Memtest86, to check your RAM.

You may find this to be an excessively dumb question, but do you use a Logitech keyboard? Let me explain, when I recently upgraded my PC to a 200GB Maxtor hdd and a Radeon9600XT from a GeForce card, it did the exact same thing. In fact when I formatted it often would not work....so I just started removing programs here and there to see what had the bearing on it, and sure enough it was an old version of Logitech's iTouch for my Elite kb and I upgraded to the new version and have not had a single prob. Just a thought.

I have a Logitech Optical Mouse. I have now updated it, and I am still having problems. I have had 2 blue screens now one when i play games. And one when the computer starts up and keep resetting.
    Game Crash Blue Screen:
    BAD_POOL_CALLER
    ***STOP: 0X000000C2 (0X00000007, 0X00000CD4, 0X0000003E, 0X8220C008)

    Loading Resets Blue Screen:
    PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGE_ARAE
    ***STOP: 0X000000050 (0F18153D4X, 0X00000001, 0X804DA27E, 0X00000000)

I also ran a memtest for 7 times. the results which i do not understand are:
    FAIL:
    1. 3EAEFB88 FFFFFFFFF F7FFFFFF 00CD
    2. 1EB77BF0 FFFFFFFFF F7FFFFFF 00CD
    3. 0615E4F8 93AE4DE3 93AE4DE3 0003
    4. 3D75F2B8 73BEF974 7BBEF974 00ED

    8. 0B16E798 E7FBEA91 E7FBEA91 00EE

I am guessing that my memory is bad.

Yep. Memory errors can cause random crashing & rebooting. Your memory may be bad, or it may simply be set too agressively in BIOS, if you set up the BIOS memory settings yourself.

If you've got more than one stick of RAM in the computer, remove all but one and test that one, replace it with another stick and test THAT one, etc. to determine which module is bad. Replace bad one with new one and that SHOULD solve your problem. If not, at least that will eliminate a KNOWN problem, and we can continue troubleshooting from there.

I have ran with both sticks seperated and the result is tne same with each individual. Does that mean that both are bad?

    UPDATE:
I have 3 memory slots on my motherboard. I have ran memtest86 on test 8 i get a error code 2320. I had 1 stick of memory in slot 1&3 so I took #3 out and ran test #8 again. There were no problems.I then switched the memories and put the other in slot #1 and ran test #8 there were no problems. I put both memories back in but i used slots 1&2 and ran test #8 there were no problems. I put each memory 1 at a time in slot #3 and ran test #8 and there was the same code 2320. I assusme slot #3 on my motherboard is faulty. I tried a game and it ran for about 40 min then I had a crash. The blue screen was different from the ones bellow.
    It Said :
    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    ***STOP: 0X0000000D1 (0X00000016, 0X00000002, 0X000000000, 0XF76B87D6)
    PLEASE HELP ME. :

I had a system that did the same thing and went throught pretty much what you have done.
It turned out to be a bad memory slot...so I just didn't use that spot until I eventually replaced the board...upon removal of the old board I discovered bad contacts where the slot is attached to the board. Pending on how much you change or remove your memory sticks could contribute to this or quite possibly a weak spot in the board that gave way.

BTW-I ran the faulty board for 3 months until I replaced it.
