Crashplan

Is anyone else really unhappy with CrashPlan support? After reading positive review, I started to move customers over to Crashplan about a year ago. I'm starting to regret it. Their support seems almost non-existent. They don't seem to have a support forum (unless I'm totally missing it).

When I first started using the product I tried to sign up for a re seller program. It took them literally weeks to get back to me, just to tell me they weren't excepting new re-sellers at that time. Maybe I should have took that as a sign.

I've done that and they are not exactly "Johnny on the spot". No phone support at all?
