creating a forum

    I have Dreamweaver for CS3 and am in the process of creating a website for my band. I'm good with the software and am having little trouble using it. However I want to create a forum. One that is pretty much exactly like this one. I've seen many many other sites that have the exact same set up as this, even down the the fact that the buttons and font are identical. I'm wondering if it is a template that I can download from somewhere, or if you could help walk me through how to do it. I've been using Microsoft access and am having little luck making it the way I want it. If you guys could help, that would be amazing, thanks.
