creating mp3 discs

    is there any software for win98 (preferably freeware) to create mp3 discs (i.e. contents of several cds on one discs) WITHOUT the 2-second gap, and also using transitions effects (crossfade, fade in/out)?

    Have you tried Nero? I used to use it to make mp3 cd's, but it has been a couple years. You can try out if you want, and it's free.

    Heh, remember that Nero has an option to include a pause between tracks. You'll have to turn this option off to avoid the "2-second gap".
