Creepy Online Phone Calls from 0000000000

    A friend of mine told me about this website where you can type in a phone number snd text to say. Then, when you hit enter, it will call the phone number that you typed in and show up 0000000000 on the caller ID and say what you typed in in a creepy voice. Does :confused NEBUDDY :confused know that website?
