Just heard about "Crossloop". I understand that a person can come into your computer and help you solve a problem. My question, is it really safe to let someone, even a friend, have this privilege? I understand that you must let them in, but could someone bypass this protection and come into your computer without you knowing. Just wondering and just want to be safe. Thanks for any help.

Seems to be peer-to-peer program that must be installed.
If you see them going to places where you don't feel they need to be, just pull the plug.

Thanks for responding. This is about a PC Tech guy who helps people with this operation. I believe he is straight forward and trustworthy, but was wondering if someone else could gain intrance with this when he is not aware of it?
    Thanks again,
