CRX_75DAF8CB7768 Problem?

Hi there,
I found a file in my C:\Documents and Settings\Main\Local Settings\Temp with the above title containing two shell files, a crl-set and manifest.json. Whilst I realise these are related to Chrome, on researching the file name I kept coming back here finding it logged in different forum posts in scripting to be removed when removing Trojans or Malware.

I then checked other laptop and is on there too, one is running XP and one Windows 7 so BEFORE I start to go through processes can you tell me what this file is and if it is an issue?

Obviously the reason I was looking is I suspect something is going on, so have run some initial scans and am finding more locked files than I normally would and cookies tucked away in my rubbish bin but I just like to know what things are before I get on with it.
