CryptoWall?? Computer does not have files?

Have an Acer computer only used 3 times, 64 bit, 4.00 GB, windows 8.1 and a Intel(R)Core processor. When opened, found files are missing, computer is slowwwww, and also lost icons. Did a scan (Defender), and nothing shows up (took about 6 hours to do that!) Rebooted and still, the computer has been comprised somehow. Takes forever to get to the internet!

A message came up from Crypto Wall 2.0 (see attached). Went to your site and tried to do all the preliminary work. Could not do CCleaner due to missing icons and other items. I was able to get into the Tools and after about 15 minutes I was able to change the Folder options, per your instructions.

Have been attempting to download RogueKiller, Malwrebytes Anti-Malware, TDSSKiller, HitmanPRO and MGtools, per your instructions, and could not do it, so I did download all of the above to a flash drive.

What should I do now? (besides pulling my hair out!)

 

Went into the task manager and found 146 google chrome running! I am deleting them but is this anyway involved with the problem? Obviously, I am on another computer in order to reach you quickly!
