CS:S Speed Problem

Ok i been a CS player since 1.0 "been awhile" now i got back into that nasty steam CS:S and its sad would any one know why i seem to run the game faster then my freind, i got a sager laptop

3.06 1024 ram all that crap its an OK laptop

but people say i flank to fast like i got a speed hack.. but i know all about hacks in CS spee,d wall, aim ,fly,.. ammo ,glitches up the butt now i am just lookin for something to say back to them .. so if you know why i am uber let me know peace

 

Make sure your max_fps is set to 300 via Console - Keyboard > Advanced > Enable Console (Tick)

This is if you get speed lagg.

 

yea its all str8, i formated a while back just to play CS and UT so i don't understand why i move faster then my freind when i'm at a lan.. i got no hacks but for the "start button hack" for windows... and there is nothing i can say to these people but.. "umm maybe its your internet.. maybe its your video settings... not for nothing.. but for my games i always mess around with every video detail to make sure the game runz like it should run

but thanks for tryin to help man.. i guess its like i never left 1.0-1.3 i get called a hacker so many times a day.. o well i guess i'm that good still

Getting called a hacker is a great thing, i just laugh at'em most of the time.

 

No its not; most of the time it taints your name if your a common in the server. Then everyones watching your every move and ready to type in the ban_you_command. Last time it happened to me 2 admins specc'd me through two games talking sh*t in console thoughout it. Extremly anoying.
