   I keep getting an error saying CTF loader error. What is this?

   CTF Loader is part of MS Office and its Alternative User Input, do you have MS Office installed, have you upgraded to IE7 as some users have experienced this with upgrading to IE7?
   
   
   to remove it follow the below
   http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;282599
   
   as well as
   
   Goto Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages > Details > Advanced, and check the box Turn off advanced text services
