ctfmond - blue screen/cockroaches

    Hi, I'm new and came to this website via a google search on the above malware.

    I've tried to follow the instructions on the thread dedicated to this problem, but I find it too difficult to understand.

    Today, I have run AVG Spyware and AVG anti-virus. It has found the ctfmona.exe file and others similar and deleted them, but I still have the blue screen and cockroaches. I've tried to search for the file to delete it, but it doesn't show up.

    could someone please help me to sort out this problem?

    Please follow the instructions in the below link one step at a time in the order written and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
