CTSUScheduler. any one know what this is?

Hey all. First time poster.

I have a small issue it's more of an annoyance then anything. Everything is running ok or appears to be at least. Here is what is going on. Every time i start up my laptop a small window pops up titled CTSUScheduler it doesn't say anything else, the only button or option it gives me is Cancel

CTSUScheduler.exe belongs to Creative Technology and part of Creative Software

Hi

Could check if an update to your creative soundcard or device is available as that may clear this up, but as its an updater file and updates to many devices are far and few between and as its likely working ok, my suggestion is to use StartupCPL and find it in the list and untick it to disable it from startup as its a none crucial component.

Reboot and it should be gone.

Many applications add update check applications to the startup list of windows and virtually all are un-needed for proper running of your PC, they just take up resources.
