Curser skating across desktop

Windows xp pro sp2 ie6 Hot fix kb896688 will not install ,and Hot fix MS Office 2003 kb887980 will not install properly using ad/remove.
AMD Athlon xp 2500+ 233MB ram VIA/S3G Unichrome IGP
Pacbell.net or SBC siemens speedstream 4100 ADSL
SG for IE camoflage,MS Antispyware,Antivir guard,FreeRam XP Pro,PreVx,Spywareblaster,
spyware S&D,A2squared,CCleaner,RegscrubXP,Trendmicro on line and bitdefender on line,Ewido security,Hijackthis,bug off,TM Avert,Stinger,CW,TM CW, and 20 more
Updated manually every other day.

I found a couple of weird things in notepad and deleated them (I never use note pad) it stopped it from skating around for a while,then it started up agine.
1 of my yahoo accounts has messages from the postmaster stating i am sending to many emails ( hardly use it,only as a address for Sacramento Bee Newspaper signup kinda things.)
I have done the; read me first,and how to protect me from malware and some of the special removal things.
Still no luck.
Any more ideas only 24,500 files.

Please download Spy Sweeper

• Click the link above to download the program.
• Install it. Once the program is installed, it will open.
• It will prompt you to update to the latest definitions, click Yes.
• Once the definitions are installed, click Options on the left side.
• Click the Sweep Options tab.
• Under What to Sweep please put a check next to the following:
  
  • Sweep Memory
  • Sweep Registry
  • Sweep Cookies
  • Sweep All User Accounts
  • Enable Direct Disk Sweeping
  • Sweep Contents of Compressed Files
  • Sweep for Rootkits
  • Please UNCHECK Do not Sweep System Restore Folder.
• Click Sweep Now on the left side.
• Click the Start button.
• When it's done scanning, click the Next button.
• Make sure everything has a check next to it, then click the Next button.
• It will remove all of the items found.
• Click Session Log in the upper right corner, copy everything in that window.
• Click the Summary tab and click Finish.
• Paste the contents of the session log you copied into notepad and save it as spysweeper.txt and attach it to your next post along with a fresh HJT log.
