cursor moves by itself

hi, the problem im having is that the cursor moves by itself. if im doing something lets say on the right side of the screen, the cursor will sometimes jump to the left side by itself. i don't know if its a trojan or someone else controlling my pc. i did everything in the "read and run" post. i forgot to save the panda log but it didn't find anything anyways. Please Help. here are the logs.

I don't really see any malware problems in your logs! However, I do note that GetRunKey and ShowNew did not run properly. Did you notice any error messages? Especially the ones mentioned on the download pages? Did you extract all files from the ZIP files?

I do have a question though! Did you install UltraVNC? If so, who knows the password and your address to connect to your PC? That is a potential cause of someone being in control of your PC remotely. But I would expect them to do more than just move the mouse.

Your problems (if not due to UltraVNC) could just be a defective mouse.

thanks for the reply. no i did not get any error msgs when i ran getrunkey/shownew, yes i extracted them. i installed ultravnc and nobody knows the password/address. i guess I'll try a new mouse. thanks again.

Borrow one from another PC to try out. If your problem is a frequent occurance, you should know rather quickly if it is the mouse or not.
