Custom Intel Amt/vpro Build

Are vPro capable components still rolling off the the production lines?

I am finding in particular the AMT components which requires collaboration between motherboard chipset, processor and network adapter, seems to be quite hard to source.

As far as my research goes the motherboard chipset needs to be a Q87, the network adapter has to be an intel brand and the processor obviously has to have vPro enabled.

I cannot find a recently released set of components to put together a machine with these specs.

Any ideas?
