custom menu backgrounds xp?

    I had found an incredible little piece of software for XP that would let me "Skin" Menu Backgrounds . Album art for each open window for each band .

    Had to do an emergency Re install and did not have this saved to disk....WHAT WAS THE NAME OF THIS GREAT SOFTWARE !!!

    Thanks for any help . Groovy software . might have to install 98 just for this feature not available in XP . Whats wrong with Bill?
