I appreciate the photo from above and not from behind. LOL Maybe, it will grow up to be a beautiful swan?

    LOL...that's what I thought.

New letter to Santa from youngest:

    Dear Santa,

All I want for Christmas is a skinny pig. That would make me very happy.

    Thank you,

    Laura's youngest

Omg...I keep laughing harder and harder. That's what I wanna do, moisturize a hairless rat! :D

"Some people that really want to have a skinny pig are willing to pay up to $300 for one."

    :eek

I guess the one in the store was a bargain skinny pig. It cost $29.99 and I thought that was expensive.

...So do you need to bathe it too? And if you do - does it go 'skinny dipping', LoL!:D

They look like Mangy Pigs to me. :eek

Ewww. It's a rodent is what it is. Make sure you check the lifespan on that.

29.99 for more dog food. *shakes head sadly*

LoL...did you just make yourself blush, Phantom?

It is sort of a catchy name though...skinny pig.

Why, because the shorter the better?LOL

Yep, a good price for a skinny pig and with all the money you're saving you will have enough left over for its pool, massage table, and lil terry robe with a hood :D Can't let the critter catch a cold. They are selling for as high as $500 now...better go snatch that one up!

Well, needless to say, I don't 'skinny dip'. Unless you include the bath-tub. :p

    They are 'Streaker'-Pigs, i.m.o. LOL

No longer. A goldfish is alright because it's cheap. Plenty of fish in the sea and all that.

This thing is thirty-dollars. If it has a six-month turn around, buy the kid half of a Chia Pet.

Not if you knew my cat, she would think I finally got her X-Mas gift right; a interactive play toy :D

Are you going to get the skinny pig?

I think six months is probably optomistic in my house. Kids would over moisturize the thing or something.

bwahahaha...wind it up and let it run?:D

As far as getting one....Hell no! I just wanted to see if I was the only one who thought the thing was hideous. When I walked in and saw my kid holding the thing, I literally jumped back and said what IS that thing? I thought it was some sort of bald rat with a toupe on.

I've owned guinea pigs, they make good pets. Mine lasted a long time, more than 3 years. Unfortunately we gave her an HO train tunnel as a place to hide, not realizing that the fake greenery was lead based, so she spent most of her life crazy vicious insane. We used gloves to handle her, wasn't until long after her death I figured out what had happened. But some friend who got theirs at the same time had a very friendly social pet. Did you know guinea pigs purr when they are happy or being petted?
