CWShredder probs

I've downloaded CWShredder onto desktop but when i go to use it it says "Windows cannot find SCRNCAM.EXE Needed for opening Zip files"

Any ideas please?

Very strange, Calv. I've just done a "find" for scrncam.exe" on my system and it is not there.

SCRNCAM.EXE sounds like something to do with digital cameras or webcam, not CWS.

I suggest that you download CWS from MG.

Thanks for that Bazza but i did get it from here......and when i did it on my own system the other day it ended up as a Zip file too. Not too sure where to go with this now? Is there anything else that i could use instead of CWShredder for the same stuff?

Calv, what do you normally use to unzip files? Maybe try another unzipper? I have CWS installed and certainly no program with the name you specified was part of the unzipping process. Over to others, please. Bazza

Seems scrncam.exe (Lotus smartsuite Screencam) has been associated with all your Zip-files, and that application is no longer on your computer.

Like bigbazza says install a different application to handle zip files:

Makes me wonder how many people pay out hundreds to get someone in to fix there puters or even end up buying a new one when all they have to do is to come on here for a while lol!
