D-Link Help

Hi i got a D-Link DSL-260R and noticed i can access it remotley without a password from my mates house (tried to access my tempory website when it came up with my router) and when i went into settings i saw remote access and two collums where ticked so i unticked the "internet" side and as i clicked Apply i noticed i was hasty and the page did not finish loading so it was not alligned so internet was infact LAN. So story short can not access my roughter from internet or LAN and wondered if there is a fix other than reset but cant do that as talk talk wont give me the password (Talk Talk wants the billpayer who gets in at 7 from a 12 hour shift and is knackerd, so she goes straight to bed)
