Dao?

Hi folks,

Just wondering, I've been getting rid of some progs. that where just taking up room, when I noticed this one. I'm not sure if its o.k. to delete, and I don't want to just dump it to see what doesn't work anymore if it's important. I'm pretty sure its related to microsoft. Anybody got a clue if it's a keeper?
