Darn Popups!

Yesterday, I managed to inherit a trojan by the name of FakeAlert-B My antivirus scans files as they are used, so it deleted the trojans on access. I've gone through the procedures to get rid of it, and I do believe the trojan is gone. HOWEVER, since I got it, I've had an Adware problem (I think it's also MalWare... I've never really heard that term used until I found this site though.) Basically what it's doing is frequently sending me popups and taskbar messages telling me I have spyware etc... It also sets my homepage to blank and bounces it to a site by the name of www.securityuptodate.com I've run the routine checks many times, and done all I can trust myself with to remove this, and have cleared the worst of it, but I still can't get rid of the homepage hijacker, or the adware... here's the hijackthis log and bdscan log. Take note I did bdscan out of safe mode this time to save time. If you need me to do it again in safemode, let me know. help ASAP will be much appreciated.

After completing the scan, I came up with no threats aparently... No one's posted help? Darn! Please help!
